Traversient Inc (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you download, install, or use any mobile application, game, or other software product published by Traversient Inc (collectively, “Apps”) on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other platform. It also applies to any related websites we operate.
By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Apps.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
a) Personal Information
Personal information is information that can be linked to you as an individual. We may collect:
- Name, email address, and username if you create an account with us;
- Profile information (such as name, photo, and username) if you connect through a third-party social network such as Facebook, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In;
- Communications and content you submit through in-app messaging, forums, chat features, or when contacting our support team;
- Payment-related information. We do not store your full credit card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Apple, Google, or another third-party payment processor. We may receive limited transaction confirmation data (e.g., purchase date, amount, subscription status).
b) Usage Data (Non-Personal)
We automatically collect certain technical and usage data when you interact with our Apps, including:
- Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID, device ID, or other persistent identifiers);
- IP address and general geolocation (country or region level);
- Device type, operating system version, and software platform;
- Browser or app version;
- Session activity, in-app behaviour, game progress, scores, and achievements;
- Crash reports and performance data;
- Referring URLs or apps accessed before or after using our Apps.
c) Sensitive Data — Future Collection
We do not currently collect location, camera, microphone, or health data. Should future versions of our Apps require such data, this Policy will be updated accordingly and any required permissions will be requested from you explicitly at the time of collection.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information in the following ways:
- Directly from you, when you register an account, make a purchase, contact support, or otherwise submit information to us;
- Automatically, through the operation of our Apps using analytics tools, cookies, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies;
- From third-party partners, including social networks you connect to our Apps and analytics or advertising providers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Apps and services;
- To process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions;
- To create and manage your account;
- To respond to your support requests, questions, and feedback;
- To send you administrative communications, such as updates, security alerts, and billing notifications;
- To send you promotional and marketing communications (where you have not opted out);
- To personalize your in-app experience and serve tailored content or offers;
- To serve interest-based and contextual advertising through third-party ad networks;
- To conduct analytics and research to understand how users interact with our Apps and to improve them;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes;
- To enforce our Terms and Conditions and other agreements.
4. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising
We use third-party services that collect and process data on our behalf. These include:

- Facebook SDK — for analytics, attribution, and advertising. Meta’s privacy policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Appodeal and other advertising networks — to serve advertisements within our Apps. These partners may use your device advertising ID and usage data to show you interest-based ads. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). These third parties operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices. We encourage you to review their policies. We take reasonable steps to ensure our third-party partners are contractually obligated to handle your data in a manner consistent with this Policy.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Apps and associated websites may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. You may control cookie use through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features. Within our Apps, tracking is managed through your device’s operating system settings.
6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Our Apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions and may in the future offer one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID or Google account. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings.
7. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We may share information with vendors and service providers who assist in operating our Apps, including payment processors, analytics providers, advertising networks, customer support tools, and cloud infrastructure providers. These parties are permitted to use your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, or other transfer of all or part of our business, your information (including Personal Information) may be transferred to the acquiring entity as a business asset. 8. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may also retain information for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and security. Anonymous or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
9. Security
We implement commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We require third-party partners handling your data to maintain comparable standards. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and you use our Apps and transmit information to us at your own risk. In the event of a security breach involving your payment information, we will notify you promptly and take commercially reasonable steps to address the breach.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under these ages. We may collect anonymous device identifiers from devices used by children solely for internal purposes such as content personalization, security, and contextual (non-behavioural) advertising, consistent with applicable law.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, please obtain your parent or guardian’s permission before registering with our Apps or providing us with any Personal Information.
Certain Apps may offer in-app purchases even if the App was free to download. If you are a parent and wish to disable in-app purchases, you may do so through the parental controls or settings of the applicable device or App Store account.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your Personal Information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. We reserve the right to retain an anonymized or archived version of your data for legitimate business and legal purposes even following a deletion request.
To opt out of push notifications, navigate to the Settings of the applicable App or your device’s notification settings and disable push notifications for that App.
To opt out of interest-based advertising, adjust your device’s advertising settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → opt out of Ads Personalization
12. International Data Transfers
Traversient Inc is based in Canada. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. By using our Apps, you consent to such transfers. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by our Apps and websites.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted within the applicable App or on our website, with the updated effective date noted at the top of the Policy. Your continued use of our Apps following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to any changes, please discontinue use of the Apps.
15. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
